Nothing. Your property evaluation and marketing strategy are entirely free and with no obligation. You only pay commission once the sale closes, at the notary.

I cover the entire island of Montreal, with sharp neighbourhood-by-neighbourhood expertise, from the Plateau to Westmount, Verdun to Ahuntsic. Tell me where your property is and I'll give you a straight read on its market.
How long does it take to sell?
It depends on the area, property type and starting price. A property positioned right from launch usually sells faster and for more than an overpriced one that must later be adjusted.
Do you offer service in English?
Yes. I guide clients in French and English, in writing and in person, from first contact to signing at the notary.
Should I sell before I buy?
Not necessarily, and it's exactly the kind of decision where a broker makes the difference. Based on your finances and your area's market, I help you choose the best sequence to avoid stress.
